In addition, other research libraries not affiliated with educational institutions may join as nonvoting cooperative members.

NEW -- NAAL Honors Members During 2015 Retreat

During the 2015 NAAL Retreat, NAAL recognized Dr. Lou Pitschmann, Dean of University Libraries at the University of Alabama, and Dr. Robert Burkhardt, Library Director at Athens State University. Later this summer, Robert plans to retire, and Lou is stepping down as Dean, but he will continue to work for the University. We wish them the best of luck in their future endeavors and thank them for their many years of service to NAAL!
