Must be numeric. Must match HD020 FICE and must be a valid institution FICE code.
STID ST020
Must be numeric. Must be reported with leading zeroes for numbers less than 100000000.
DOB ST030
Must be numeric. If a student is 10 or 11 years old, then ED090 STLEV must be '12'- high school student (student concurrently enrolled in high school and the institution). Otherwise, student must be greater than or equal to 12 years old and less than or equal to 100 years old. If the date of birth is unknown, 9's must be used. Month values must be greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to 12. Day values must be greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to 31.
RPTYR ED040
Must be numeric. Must match HD030 RPTYR. If ED040 RPTYR = current calendar year - 1, then ED050 RPTTRM must be "FA". Otherwise, ED040 RPTYR must be equal to current calendar year.
RPTTRM ED050
Must match HD040 RPTTRM....valid entries are "FA", "WI", "SP" or "SU".
LNAME ST040
Must not equal all blanks. ST040 LNAME should not include commas or periods. Must be submitted using all capital letters.
