- Must be numeric. Must match HD020 FICE and must be a valid institution FICE code.

- Must be numeric. Must be reported with leading zeroes for numbers less than 100000000.

- Must be numeric. If a student is 10 or 11 years old, then ED090 STLEV must be '12'- high
school student (student concurrently enrolled in high school and the institution).
Otherwise, student must be greater than or equal to 12 years old and less than or equal to
100 years old. If the date of birth is unknown, 9's must be used. Month values must be
greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to 12. Day values must be greater than
or equal to 1 and less than or equal to 31.

- Must be numeric. Must match HD030 RPTYR. If ED040 RPTYR = current calendar year - 1,
then ED050 RPTTRM must be "FA". Otherwise, ED040 RPTYR must be equal to current
