US Department of Education No Child Left Behind Competitive
Grant Program
(Public Law 107-110, Title II, Part A, Subpart 3)
The US Department of Education (USDE), Title II, No
Child Left Behind (NCLB) competitive grant program is the largest federal
program supporting K-12 professional development activities to improve teaching
and learning. The Commission administers Title II, Part B of this program
making funds available on a competitive basis to public and private institutions
of higher education in partnership with Local Education Agencies.
