Institutional Student Profiles
Provides a one page summary of students for each institution including break-outs
by gender, race/ethnicity, etc. Copies of these reports are
given to the members of the Alabama Legislature each Spring.
High School Feedback Reports
Provides information on each high school including the number of high school
graduates, the number of those graduates who enrolled in an Alabama public college or university, the number of those graduates who took a
remedial math and/or remedial English course, etc.

Provides information on first-time freshmen each Fall term. How many first-time
freshmen are enrolled at each institution? How many of those students return the next Fall term?
Student Source Survey Reports
Provides summary information based on the county, state and country a student is
from. Reports indicate student enrollment for each institution.
Tuition and Residency Reports
Provides information on the number of students paying in-state tuition and the
number of students paying out-of-state tuition.
Tuition Eligibility Reports
Provides information on the type of tuition students pay (like the Tuition
Residency Reports. Also includes summary information on the number of
students paying in-state tuition based on the 50-mile radius rule.
Provides information regarding the number of students who transfer from one
institution to another each term. Includes summaries of transfers
from 2-year to 4-year, 2-year to 2-year, 4-year to 4-year and 4-year to 2-year institutions.
Institutional Enrollment Summary Reports
Provides a one-page summary on the number of students enrolled at each institution that term.
Institutional Completions Summary Reports
Provides a summary for each institution on the number of completions awarded during the Summer through Spring
terms for the specified year. The reports are sorted by award level for each discipline.
